Basics on How to Stay Healthy.

I have a few guidelines on the basics of how you can take care of yourself.

1. Clean your body daily: You can do so by:

• Eating a lot of fibers
• Exercises
• Drinking a plenty of water

2. Work more if you take extra calories: It is not your fault if you eat something because you wanted to. Just free some time to make up to maintain your body dimensions.

3. Avoid stress: I cannot ask someone to be completely stress free, but one can surely take actions to avoid or lessen them.

• Plan your day the previous night
• Meditate

4. Take sufficient sleep: Sleeping hours should be fixed. You can settle for a permanent timing when it comes to sleep.
